Our property portfolio comprises 27 buildings located in the Charleroi and South Hainaut region, covering a surface area of over 68,000 m².

IGRETEC offers companies a range of accommodation options:

• office space;
• workshops;
• industrial buildings;
• laboratories;
• business centres (including CoWorking space or Smart Work Center).

Our responsiveness and our flexibility in terms of the layout and modularity of the premises enable us to offer a specific solution to the needs of companies wishing to become established in the region. We can provide companies with furniture and IT services (IP telephony and internet connection).

IGRETEC has also developed a request management platform for companies that use the accommodation provided, enabling it to be responsive and fully satisfy its tenants.

At the Aéropole science and technology park, the intermunicipal company provides a crèche service with 48 beds, called ‘Allo Candy’.

In this same park, our I Tech Incubator 2 building has five meeting rooms available for hire. They are fully equipped (projector, projection screen, wall and/or standing white board, public Wi-Fi access) and can accommodate from 2 to 80 people.

They are made available to companies accommodated in the building as well as to outside companies.
